Montgomery Quarter. A mixed-use development where urban meets suburban development.

Montgomery Quarter is a 21-acre mixed-use development on Montgomery Road, at the end of Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway. Situated at the southern gateway of Montgomery’s historic downtown, the development is being built in two phases, with Phase I scheduled for completion in Summer 2022. The overall development will include office, retail / restaurants, hotel, apartments, parking garages and community amenities. Come learn about the development including the back story, the vision, and what’s next. Montgomery Quarter is being developed by Brandicorp and Neyer Properties, in a public-private partnership with the City of Montgomery and The Port.

Michael Brandy - Founder and President, Brandicorp

Michael has executed hundreds of development projects over the past four decades and has built a portfolio of assets across retail, medical office, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use product types. Under Michael’s leadership, Brandicorp has grown into a regional development company with internal capabilities trusted by top health systems, hospitality brands, restaurant franchises, retailers and municipalities. Michael serves on numerous boards and supports non-profit charities through his dedicated philanthropic efforts including his position as Chairman of the Board for Matthew 25: Ministries and The Center for Humanitarian Relief. Michael earned his BBA from the University of Kentucky and MBA from Xavier University.

Dan Neyer - President/CEO, Neyer Properties
Dan has been involved with the commercial real estate and construction industryfor over thirty-five years,continuing the family heritage that began over 100 years ago in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In 1995, Dan formed Neyer Properties, Inc. to pursue his vision of creating value in office, retail, industrial, medical and, most recently, hospitality and multi-family products. Neyer Properties is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in development, construction, financing and management of sustainable land and building developments, with properties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Dan is highly respected and knowledgeable in all phases of the development of commercial real estate and uses his leadership and experience to be an advocate for positive change in our community. He has been directly involved in the
development of over 3,000 acres of property and over 500 building and development projects, totaling well over $2 billion in value.

Brian Riblet - City Manager
Brian was appointed as City Manager on January 9, 2018. He previously served as the Interim City Manager from August 2017, Public Works Director from 2012 until January 2018, and Assistant Public Works Director from 2006 to 2012. His prior experience includes 17 years with City of Defiance in northwest Ohio where he served as Parks and Recreation Director before being promoted to Superintendent of Streets and Highways. Brian is currently in his 33rd year as a public servant.

Brian attended Defiance College, served as President of the Public Works Officials of Southwest Ohio (PWOSO), is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA), Ohio City/County Management Association (OCMA), International City/County Management Association (ICMA), Rotary Club of Northeast Ohio and is also a graduate of the Leading, Educating and Development Program from the University of Virginia, Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service.
