Meet CREW Greater Cincinnati


With more than 120 members, CREW Greater Cincinnati is the leading organization for mid and senior-level executive women in the Greater Cincinnati commercial real estate field. As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier business organization, CREW Greater Cincinnati is transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. CREW Network’s membership of 12,000 professionals in over 75 global markets represents all aspects of commercial real estate—providing our members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines.

Since 1995, CREW Greater Cincinnati has connected commercial real estate professionals in the tri-state area, working together to: 

  • Create a dynamic and supportive environment that promotes advancement through knowledge sharing and networking

  • Push the boundaries in every facet of commercial real estate through provocative dialogue among peers from every discipline in the industry

  • Provide educational programs which directly affect your day-to-day work and promote real change

CREW Greater Cincinnati members are empowered by sharing their knowledge and experience with others in our community, while also learning from the insight and know-how of others. That’s why we focus our efforts on networking programs such as our yearly banking panel and hold our annual golf outing. In growing and strengthening our network, we aim to create more opportunities for women in commercial real estate.

Our history

CREW Network was founded in 1989 to bring together women involved in the many aspects of commercial real estate to exchange information, develop business contacts and help each other succeed professionally. Today, CREW Network is the premier business networking organization dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. We provide support to our 12,000 members worldwide through business development, leadership development, industry research and career outreach.

Our Initiatives

Business Networking

Facilitating business networking and deal making among our multi-disciplinary membership is the cornerstone of our organization. We deliver impactful networking opportunities including three Leadership Summits and the CREW Network Convention and Marketplace annually. Members also have exclusive access to our CREWbiz technology platform, which serves as a membership directory, resource and referral center, personal marketing tool and app.

Industry Research

CREW Network is the world’s leading researcher on women in commercial real estate. Our industry research produces white papers annually and a benchmark study every five years, delivering data and action items to advance women in commercial real estate and positively impact the industry.

Leadership Development

Building effective leaders is key to advancing the commercial real estate industry. We dedicate significant resources to providing our members with high-level leadership development training and opportunities to serve on global boards and committees to develop and hone applicable leadership skills.

Career Outreach

CREW Network and our Foundation are committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate by creating programs that educate women and girls about the career opportunities available to them, supporting college-level commercial real estate education through scholarships, and providing mentorships to those new to the industry.
