Member Spotlight Questions
1.    What do you hope to get out of your CREW membership and/or who do you hope to network with?
As a member of the CREW program, I aspire to expand my professional experience and knowledge, and to learn from the accomplished and insightful women who participate in this program. I am confident that by connecting with industry leaders and other members, I can gain invaluable wisdom and insights that will enable me to grow and excel in my career.
2.    What or Who is your ideal client/customer?
I currently have office, retail and warehouse space available so my ideal client could be a small business to a huge corporation. Luckily with Cincinnati Commercial Contracting we have the land, space, and construction side of our business we can handle anyone’s need, no matter how big or small.
3.    What does a typical day consist of for you in your current position?
My typical day consists of service calls and managing our maintenance for them, expansion projects and verifying our vendors have done the job well and in full. I also manage our tenants and make sure rent is paid on time.
4.    What is your favorite aspect about your job?
My favorite aspect of my job now is the level of professional engagement I experience. I find myself constantly occupied with meaningful work and actively contributing to the success of the company. This busy schedule provides me with an opportunity to challenge myself, develop new skills and deliver results.
5.    What does your company contribute to the commercial real estate industry?
My company contributes by offering not only space available, but we also have an entire construction team to tailor your space to your specific needs.
6.    What advice do you have to someone new to the industry?
I am pretty new to the commercial industry but my advice would be to network and learn from others as much as possible. Stay curious, and ask questions. Most people love to explain what they do and why and would love to opportunity to teach you.
7.    What keeps you busy outside of work?
Outside of work I love to take my dog, Tito, on walks and to the park. He was a stray and is my best friend. I also love to do DIY projects on our new house and upgrade it as much as I can!
