1. What do you hope to get out of your CREW membership and/or who do you hope to network with?
I am excited to be able to network with and learn from other women in the CRE industry while also being able to build long-term relationships with others in the industry.
2. What or Who is your ideal client/customer?
I specialize in investment sales, so my ideal client would be someone who invests in commercial real estate, especially in shopping centers or other retail.
3. What does a typical day consist of for you in your current position?
I start my day with a hot coffee while taking in as much information about what’s happening in the world and the different markets so I can provide value to my clients. From there it’s all about finding new listings and managing current clients and current listings (this is the majority of my day). Next, I prepare myself for the next day; I line up any calls and/or other tasks. Once I get home it’s time for a workout and dinner usually prepared by my fiancé (he is a much better cook than me), followed up by a walk with our 5-month-old puppy or to the dog park for some puppy playtime.
4. What is your favorite aspect about your job?
Getting to network and build relationships with so many different people.
5. What does your company contribute to the commercial real estate industry?
Lee & Associates is a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.
6. What advice do you have to someone new to the industry?
Be patient, work hard, and be consistent. In this industry, you will get out what you put into it.
7. What keeps you busy outside of work?
Outside of work, my very energetic blue heeler puppy, named Turbo has me constantly playing with him, either at the dog park or we might be on a walk/run. Aside from him, I spend most of my free time planning my 2024 wedding or when it’s warm, on Lake Cumberland with my fiancé!
