Member Spotlight Questions
1.    What do you hope to get out of your CREW membership and/or who do you hope to network with?
I hope to grow my network of connections both personally and professionally. I hope I can be a resource for others in the CREW network as well and to bring value to the organization.

2.    What or Who is your ideal client/customer?
Exsisting companies in Northern Kentucky that are looking to expand in NKY or new companies that are looking to relocate to the NKY region. Specifically in Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management and Support Services.

3.    What does a typical day consist of for you in your current position?
Every day looks different depending on what needs to take precedence, but it could consist of project reach-out and follow up, client visits, site visit, client meetings, partner meetings, special events, RFIs, site searches, and everything in between!

4.    What is your favorite aspect about your job?
I love that at the end of the day my job is about creating good paying jobs for people that will give them the ability to create the lives they want for themselves and their families.

5.    What does your company contribute to the commercial real estate industry?
We work with the brokers and developers to help bring awareness to what we’re seeing with our client’s and what our communities desire. We assist how we can in helping market their sites and buildings that may be a good fit for our clients and projects. We also strategize the best uses for remaining land and space in the NKY and assuring that aligns with the most efficient users.

6.    What advice do you have to someone new to the industry?
There’s always some to learn! Take every situation as an opportunity to learn something. You also never know who you may meet as it’s a tight knit industry. Treat every interaction like a potential interview.

7.    What keeps you busy outside of work?
Spending time with friends and family, my cat, Osip, traveling, being outdoors, volunteering at OAR, and exploring the city and all that our region has to offer.
