Awards

At CREW Greater Cincinnati, we’re proud to celebrate the standout achievements and leadership exhibited by our members, presenting four awards every year to stand-out members.

Member of the Year Award

2019 Winner:
Joy Lytle | Clermont County Chamber of Commerce

Joy has volunteered with the CREW programs, special events, and gala committees in 2019. If you've ever met her, you can attest to how enthusiastic and welcoming she is. Joy took a strong leadership position in planning the 25th Anniversary Gala, while also maintaining her commitment to the Special Events committee, working through a career change to a new and exciting role with the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, her involvement with other industry organizations, and her involvement with her children's activities. She aggressively tackles any task at hand with a positive attitude and we couldn't have celebrated 25 years of CREW without her guidance and leadership.

2017 Winner: Jan Barnhorst

Leadership Award

2019 Winner: Cara Henegar | Hull & Associates

Cara leads the program committee ensuring we have interesting and relevant programs. She also handles all the behind the scenes duties: making sure the a/v is working properly, putting together the meeting agenda and script and working with the casino. In addition, Cara worked with the outreach professional development committee to create CREW Leans In. She did extensive research on the Lean In website and reached out to CREW Houston, who runs a similar program, for best practices. The program kicked off this month and will be up and running in 2020. Cara is also willing to jump in and help when needed and looks for ways to elevate CREW and bring our members new ways to interact. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty and from the bottom of her heart, cares deeply for the success of CREW and all of its members. Her dedication and level of commitment are not often found and are highly valued.
